SELF-PACED ACCESS

Getting started with TAM is easy and fast. Once the TAM subscription is activated, individuals are free to utilize TAM when, where, and how they need it via their own computer, tablet or phone.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT RESOURCES

TAM will provide communication templates that support TAM subscribers to roll out TAM, get employees online and encourage team members/employees to take advantage of TAM benefits. TAM Custom clients receive expanded engagement support as agreed upon in the negotiated package.

TAM VIDEO LIBRARY COLLECTIONS

TAM Essential Teams and TAM Businesses Premium and Custom subscribers have access to the full library of TAM video collections that currently includes Quick Resets, Core Wellness, and Get Your Energy Going. Additional videos will be added over time and customized content can be developed.

ZOOM SELF-CARE EVENTS

Zuleikha is available, by appointment, to lead live Zoom-based self-care events. These events can be used as TAM is being rolled out, and as part of an ongoing strategy to engage and invigorate your workforce. Customized for particular workforce needs and schedules, these events are enormously popular and foster camaraderie, a shared sense of wellness, and refocused energy for work.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

TAM Essential Team Plan subscribers are supported via email to initiate the subscription and answer inquiries. TAM Business Premium and TAM Custom subscribers are supported with expanded account management through phone and online to guide initial set up, support employee engagement, and provide ongoing customer service during business hours.

REPORTING AND ANALYTICS

For TAM Business Premium and Custom clients, detailed employee engagement reporting is available to help you track and understand usage patterns across your workforce, while protecting employee privacy.
