Getting started with TAM is easy and fast. Once the TAM activated, individuals are free to utilize TAM when, where, and how they need it via their own computer, tablet or phone.

TAM VIDEO LIBRARY

TAM usewrs have access to one or more video platforms or the full library of TAM video collections that currently includes Quick Resets, Core Wellness, and Get Your Energy Going. Additional videos will be added over time and customized content can be developed.

SELF-CARE SESSIONS

Zuleikha is available, by appointment, to lead Live and / or Zoom-based self-care events. These events can be used as TAM is being rolled out, and as part of an ongoing strategy to engage and invigorate your workforce. Customized for particular workforce needs and schedules, these events are enormously popular and foster camaraderie, a shared sense of wellness, and refocused energy for work.
